However, if you’re not entirely happy with your order, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made or personalized ceramic tiles and fire pits.
Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

2. Pack the Product:
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
3.Ship the Product:
Ship the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund as follows:
1. Approval Timeline:
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
2. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Deductions:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping fees and any restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Products
